Director, EHS Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, EHS Leadership to join our team at Amcor. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) programs for Amcor Rigid Packaging North America (ARPNA).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHS management, with a proven track record of improving EHS performance and compliance. You will work closely with Operations Leadership, Plant Managers, and EHS Managers to develop and implement strategies to improve EHS performance and ensure compliance with Amcor standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the implementation of EHS strategies for ARPNA to achieve EHS KPI goals
- Collaborate with Operations management teams to develop and implement strategies and programs to ensure compliance with Amcor EHS standards
- Provide guidance and support to the ARPNA Global Manufacturing Services Organization
- Represent ARPNA on Amcor's Global Safety Steering Committee and contribute to Company EHS standards development and implementation
- Bachelor's Degree in safety management, safety engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in environment, health, and safety in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to work with external regulatory agencies
- Proficient in OSHA and ANSI standards
