  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct quarterly business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities and guiding customers to realize more value from our platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally to quickly resolve customer issues and deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Customer Feedback: Share customer feedback and feature requests with the product team to inform future platform enhancements.
  • Best Practices: Develop and document best practices to continually improve customer onboarding, training, support, and success.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years in customer success, account management, or related roles at a SaaS company.
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable delivering product demos and presenting to all levels.
  • Analytical and metrics-driven, with ability to interpret data.
  • Experience with sales acceleration, AI/ML platforms a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • On-Site role - please do not apply if you are not located in FL, particularly South Florida.
