Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Envision Staffing Solutions. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling a high volume of calls, and working closely with our service team to ensure a smooth flow of service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of service operations.
  • Maintain accurate databases and records, ensuring up-to-date information is available to the team.
  • Assist in verifying the accuracy of invoices and ensuring timely payment.
  • Coordinate scheduling and dispatch service technicians to customer locations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Provide technicians with pertinent job-related information and documentation, enabling them to perform their duties effectively.
  • Review open work orders and assist with the dispatch board, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with critical environments and maintenance functions, enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with billing to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment.
  • Confirm technician time daily and ensure all related service tickets and log sheets are attached to the appropriate work order.
  • Communicate and provide status updates to all necessary parties, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure warranty work is submitted to vendors in a timely manner.
  • Develop and deploy new critical environment, maintenance, and dispatch projects with service PMs, enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in planning, scheduling, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of all operational resources and labor hours.
  • Meet with purchasing and service manager as needed to ensure all work schedules are met on time.
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive and upbeat demeanor.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor when working with customers and co-workers.
