Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our team at CAVA - Chino Hills. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team members, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Motivate and coach our team members to achieve exceptional customer service and sales goals.
  • Ensure Exceptional Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain High Standards: Uphold CAVA's high standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Oversee Food and Beverage Management: Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for food and beverages, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing waste.
  • Assist with Shift Management: Support the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Requirements:
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Knowledge of food safety and quality standards, with the ability to maintain high standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
