  • Develop and execute sales and client development strategies to drive growth and revenue

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and client development initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail and hospitality operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service
