Qualifications for the Role:
  • Preferred one year of experience in a similar role
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred
  • Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all furniture and fixtures
  • Maintain a cleaning schedule for designated areas and document any damages in apartments or common spaces
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment
  • Communicate inventory needs to the Director
  • Understand and utilize cleaning chemicals safely, ensuring they are secured when not in use
  • Assist in the care of live plants in assigned areas
