Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines for food safety and sanitation.

• Restock and rotate merchandise, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the store.


Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience in a retail or food service environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending and reaching.

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
