Your Impact

As a Client Support Specialist, you will manage inquiries in a dynamic environment, addressing customer concerns and questions related to our Commercial Liability services.

This position requires a 4-40 license (which we will assist you in obtaining if you do not already possess one) – No sales responsibilities involved.Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit exceptional listening abilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service, patience, and empathy to uphold the company's reputation for integrity.
  • Handle customer service inquiries through both written and verbal communication.
  • Follow up on customer issues, investigate problems, and process necessary documentation to ensure successful resolutions.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information utilizing appropriate methods and tools.
What You Will Receive

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with operational hours from 8 AM to 6 PM (8-hour shifts within this timeframe). No evening or weekend work required.

About You

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Proficient typing and basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Experience in Commercial Insurance
  • Florida Licensed in 4-40 or 2-20
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong attention to detail
