Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture customer accounts to deliver tailored solutions and stimulate revenue growth, while establishing strategic partnerships with key clients and utilizing internal resources to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement systems to streamline the planning and execution of potential sales opportunities, including advising on product applications, availability, and pricing.
- Collaborate with various departments to address all company-related activities, particularly those impacting customer service.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and resource availability.
- Participate in training seminars sponsored by the company or vendors to enhance product knowledge and professional skills.
- Uphold a professional company image by providing prompt, thorough, and courteous customer service, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, orders, and quotes, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the electrical or mechanical maintenance sectors, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a proven track record of building enduring relationships within organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and planning skills.
