- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in a desktop support or similar role.
- Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications.
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are advantageous.
- Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Capability to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, and walking.
