Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a desktop support or similar role.
  • Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications.
  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  • Capability to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, and walking.
