Job Summary

American Equipment Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Elko, NV. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling services, repairs, and inspections of overhead cranes to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell services, repairs, and inspections of overhead cranes to new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and features of our services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, set targets, and achieve revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate service and repair activities for customer orders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of overhead cranes, services, repairs, and inspections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, sales activities, and customer information.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to meet with customers and clients.
