About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Aide to support the Land Stewardship Division within Portland Parks & Recreation. The successful candidate will provide administrative and technical assistance to support the division's initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze community feedback using software, including triaging responses, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and effective communication with the public.
  • Provide project support for the Park Maintenance Review Project, including overseeing logistics, scheduling, and day-of execution, as well as developing templates and entering data to complete reports.
  • Coordinate with portable vendors and internal staff to assist with portable ordering, installment, maintenance, and placement feedback.
  • Manage spreadsheet data to inform portable operations, such as installation, maintenance, and placement, and communicate relevant information and feedback across multiple workgroups and portable vendors.

What We Offer

This is a casual, part-time position with a maximum of 1,400 hours in a calendar year. The schedule will be decided with the manager based on what you and the bureau need.
