Key Responsibilities- Lead the organization in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve our mission and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including Indigenous communities, public and private community partners, and policymakers.
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure resources for the organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Advocate for land conservation and stewardship in Oregon, working closely with local governments and agencies.
- 7+ years of related leadership experience, preferably in a membership organization, collaborative, or coalition setting.
- Strong relationship-driven fundraising experience and a proven track record of securing resources.
- Strong cultural competency and experience working with diverse partners, including Indigenous communities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with local governments and agencies.
- Fiscal management experience, including developing and managing budgets and analyzing financial statements.
