Qualifications:

Essential Credentials:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in HVAC service.
- EPA certification Core and Type 2, with advanced knowledge in electrical, refrigerant, and airflow diagnostics.
- Valid driver's license with minimal points.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to regularly lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, including ductwork, furnaces, and related materials.
