POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is essential in facilitating various tasks that bolster the sales functions within the retail environment. Responsibilities include managing point-of-sale transactions, handling merchandise, processing stock, and maintaining an organized stockroom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Duties:

Efficiently processes merchandise, ensuring items are correctly stored, tagged, and easily accessible for restocking. Responsible for the timely merchandising of new products and accurate entry of receiving documents into the inventory system. Completes inter-store transfers and locate requests with precision.

Ensures that visual merchandising materials and signage are received and organized promptly, while also assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the boutique.


Customer Engagement:

Exemplifies and promotes exceptional customer service standards, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of payment policies, promotions, and security practices to provide efficient service at the register.

Encourages customer participation in loyalty programs and reinforces purchasing decisions at checkout.


Collaboration and Development:

Fosters a cooperative and inclusive environment for problem-solving. Actively seeks opportunities for personal growth and welcomes constructive feedback.

Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed, and duties may vary across different brands.


QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in stock management or cashier roles is preferred. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to adapt to technology, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, and maintain a flexible schedule is essential. Regular attendance is crucial to meet operational needs.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position requires constant walking and standing throughout the shift, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. and frequent climbing.
