Technical Support Specialist

Microsoft is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
Responsibilities
Review, investigate, and solve customer technical issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve moderately complex customer issues
Perform in-depth product troubleshooting and remediation
Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills
Participate in case triage meetings and contribute to more rapid customer solutions
Requirements
3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
Business level fluency in Japanese language
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Technology Certifications
Experience in building business systems using Windows and Linux on Azure and following Azure services
