Position Overview

Lifesize is in search of a dedicated professional who is enthusiastic about marketing analytics and operations, and who understands the impact of data in shaping marketing strategies. The Marketing Analytics Lead will assume a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our marketing team and will assist in defining how data and insights can address business challenges.

The ideal candidate is proactive, self-driven, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You recognize that data provides only a portion of the narrative, and you take pride in your ability to extract actionable insights from various data sources. Additionally, you possess exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform marketing performance metrics into actionable strategic insights.
  • Develop insightful automated reports and visualizations by integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Oversee inbound lead reporting and tracking by synchronizing data between marketing automation tools and CRM systems, ensuring accurate lead distribution.
  • Assist in creating dashboards and reports in CRM platforms to track leads and opportunities for both marketing and sales teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT departments to enhance lead management processes and oversee key lead flows.
  • Manage and continuously optimize the marketing technology stack in alignment with business requirements.
  • Work with key agency partners to analyze and provide recommendations based on campaign performance and ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Navigate ambiguity comfortably in a fast-paced setting.
  • Engage cross-functionally with web and sales teams to identify opportunities for optimizing data structures or processes to boost marketing and sales efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in lead generation, marketing automation, and operations, preferably in a B2B context.
  • Proven track record of establishing strong working relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • A bachelor's degree is required, ideally in a quantitative discipline such as business, mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, or engineering.
