Position Overview

This role involves 3-4 MONTHS OF ON-SITE TRAINING prior to the opportunity for remote work.

UNCAPPED MONTHLY COMMISSION potential is available.

Training Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Long-term Position Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
One late shift per week (Monday or Wednesday - TBD): 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
One Saturday morning per month (TBD): either 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Shift hours are MANDATORY for this position.

We are seeking dedicated full-time team members looking for long-term career growth to support the expansion of our Customer Service department.

The Representative will implement collection strategies and solutions to address consumer inquiries and negotiate payment arrangements for outstanding medical debts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ various collection techniques to negotiate optimal payment terms when engaging with the right party. This involves reviewing account details and asking targeted questions to understand potential payment objections.
  • Address objections and propose financial sources for debt repayment.
  • Utilize payment options and securely gather this information to facilitate payments.
  • Conduct proper consumer verification procedures as outlined by company policy and client requirements.
  • Thoroughly document account notes detailing the outcome of calls, account status, payment arrangements, and communication content.
  • Comply with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, HIPAA, and all other applicable federal and state regulations.

Compensation: $12.00 – $14.00 Base Hourly Rate - Based on experience.

There is potential for substantial monthly commission bonuses once transitioned to the call floor - which is highly achievable.
