**Job Summary:**
As a System Support Analyst at Motion Recruitment, you will play a critical role in maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments. This position requires a strong understanding of computer hardware and software as it relates to LAN/WAN.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems.
- Configure, monitor and maintain network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks.
**Requirements:**
- Associate degree in computer-related field required.
- 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software as it relates to LAN/WAN.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.
