We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Receptionist to join our team at JLM Strategic Talent Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our project teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors, announce and direct them to the appropriate person or area.
  • Answer and properly route incoming phone calls, including multiple lines and two companies.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, tracking I9 forms, and maintaining various group email rosters.
  • Assist in reviewing project detail reports, making corrections as needed, and submitting service tickets for building and office machine repairs.
  • Coordinate meetings, including meal catering and room setup, and assist with check printing and distribution.
  • Maintain contact lists and calendars in Outlook, arrange travel schedules and reservations, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in construction work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a team environment at the project site in Phoenix, AZ.
