Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and mentor field staff, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Communicate project progress and issues to clients and project teams.
    • Prepare and submit regular project reports, including schedules, budgets, and quality metrics.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager or Senior Site Supervisor.
  • Experience with federal government contracting is highly desirable.
  • Active OSHA 30, EM385, CQM-C, and CPR/First Aid certifications are highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage diverse projects, subcontractors, resources, and teams.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling software and construction management principles.
