Job Title: Senior/Business Development Manager

At Goertek Electronics, we are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior/Business Development Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding client relationships, driving sales growth, and driving the product development team to deliver on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to develop and execute product development & sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with customer needs on both technical specifications and product development schedule.
  • Stay informed about product features, technical specifications, and industry advancements to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically within the display industry. Experience in Microdisplay industry is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of display technologies, trends, and market dynamics. Hands-on engineering experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Fluent in conversational Mandarin is highly desired.
  • Base pay range: $127,029.00 to $177,840.00 annually, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
