Studio Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute studio marketing and outreach events to drive membership growth and sales.
  • Manage overall studio operations, ensuring a seamless member experience.
  • Lead a sales team to meet and exceed membership goals and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new sales associates to support studio growth.
  • Create and manage work schedules for the sales team to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Exhibit an enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly demeanor, setting the tone for a positive member experience.
  • Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Show passion for health and wellness in the community, inspiring members to reach their fitness goals.
  • Lead by example as a team player, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a sales, retail, or fitness environment.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support studio operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members, employees, and vendors.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with social media and creative programs like Canva.
