Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Program Manager to lead the development of custom silicon for Apple's products. As a key member of the Custom Silicon Management Group, you will be responsible for planning and executing the silicon roadmap, ensuring tight inter-team coordination, and communicating complex technical issues to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the custom silicon roadmap, prioritizing requests and managing preparation and execution of justification.
  • Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication, acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams.
  • Understand and communicate complex technical/engineering issues, identifying and resolving conflicts, inter-dependencies, and program issues.
  • Help deliver executive communication/presentations and drive the decision-making process.
  • Maintain the Silicon Roadmap Planning Database and improve the system by identifying patterns, offering best practices, and implementing change.
Requirements
  • BS + 10 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Experience with analog/digital design and development flows.
  • Preferred qualifications: 2+ years of technical program or project management experience, Master's Degree, experience working with teams of diverse technical backgrounds, and ability to connect, network, and influence others within a large product organization.
