Custom Silicon Management Engineering Program Manager

At Apple, we're looking for a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Custom Silicon Engineering and Design team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of custom silicon designs for our hardware products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement custom silicon designs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of silicon designs
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
- Communicate project status and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
- BS + 10 years of relevant experience in analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal design flow
- Experience with vendor relationships, influencing external decision making, and prioritization
- Strong leadership, managerial courage, and communication skills
- Ability to travel internationally (approximately 10% of the time)
- 5+ years of technical program or project management experience
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional engineering environment
- Real-time crisis leadership skills
- Strong desire to own and drive project development using well-defined metrics and methodologies
- Competitive base pay (between $165,500 and $293,800)
