Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead the development of custom silicon for all Apple products. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the silicon roadmap, ensuring tight inter-team coordination, and communicating complex technical issues to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the custom silicon roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize custom silicon requests, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and other teams.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and program issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering teams, product managers, and executives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to inform silicon roadmap decisions.
Requirements
  • BS + 10 years relevant experience in engineering program management or a related field.
  • Ability to travel internationally, as required.
  • Experience with analog/digital design and development flows.
  • 2+ years of technical program or project management experience.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Experience working with teams of diverse technical backgrounds and quickly learning from them.
  • Extensive experience with large cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to connect, network, and influence others within a large product organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
