Custom Silicon Engineering Program Manager

At Apple, we're looking for a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our custom silicon design efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the development of our custom silicon products from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive silicon program schedules and resolve technical issues
- Forge strategic relationships with internal and external leadership to influence prioritization and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive technical sessions with suppliers to supervise and follow up on issues and escalations
- Develop and implement effective program management strategies to ensure timely silicon delivery to Apple products
Requirements:
- BS + 10 years of relevant experience in SoC design flow and engineering
- Experience with vendor relationships, influencing external decision making, and prioritization
- Strong leadership, managerial courage, and communication abilities
- Ability to travel internationally (approximately 10% of the time)
