Program Manager for Custom Silicon Design

At Apple, we're looking for a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our custom silicon design efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the development of our custom silicon products from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive silicon program schedules and resolve technical issues
  • Forge strategic relationships with internal and external leadership to influence prioritization and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive technical sessions with suppliers to supervise and follow up on issues and escalations
  • Develop and implement effective program management strategies to ensure timely silicon delivery to Apple products

Requirements:

  • BS + 10 years of relevant experience in SoC design flow and engineering
  • Experience with vendor relationships, influencing external decision making, and prioritization
  • Strong leadership, managerial courage, and communication abilities
  • Ability to travel internationally (approximately 10% of the time)
