POSITION OVERVIEW


The Senior Vice President of Venue Operations will spearhead the efficient, effective, and profitable management of venue operations under the guidance of the Regional Vice President of Legends Hospitality.

This role entails the formulation, execution, and enforcement of corporate standards concerning guest satisfaction, operational excellence, talent development, financial outcomes, and culinary creativity.

The individual will cultivate robust relationships and serve as a source of motivation for our hospitality partners, team members, and management.

Essential Responsibilities

Leadership

• Capable of leading a substantial management team to achieve results aligned with shared objectives.

• Holds the team accountable for outcomes and deliverables that prioritize the interests of clients, fans, and hourly staff.

• Fosters a culture of engagement throughout the organization.
• Develops succession plans for key positions and emphasizes team and leader development.
Client Engagement

• Acts as the primary liaison for the client organization, including ownership.
• Regularly provides updates on overall operations, financial performance, and key initiatives.
Financial Management

• Possesses the ability to recommend strategies for revenue enhancement, cost management, and capital expenditures.
• Capable of managing the mid-section of the P&L to optimize flow-through.
• Develops annual budgets and shares financial insights with Legends leadership and clients.
Enhancing the Guest Experience


• Remains attuned to industry innovations to improve the guest experience in dining and merchandise offerings.

• Actively engages with guests to gather feedback and formulates actionable plans for continuous enhancement.
• Works on creating efficiencies that reduce transaction and wait times while increasing spending.
All actions must be conducted with integrity, compliance, and safety.

Qualifications


To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential duty at the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of years of leadership experience (including P&L responsibility) in the contract foodservice sector, ideally within premium services, catering, concessions, and merchandise environments in sports and entertainment venues.

• Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer and client service, showcasing initiative, innovation, and leadership capabilities.
• Proven track record of financial acumen in driving revenue and EBITDA.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, evaluate, develop, and nurture high-performing talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work extended hours due to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Willingness to contribute and support fellow team members and the venue with a hands-on approach to operations when necessary.

Compensation

$165,000 – $175,000


Competitive salary based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401k plan.
