Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director Global Operations to lead our team in delivering exceptional IT services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing onshore and offshore teams, with a strong background in financial management, administration, and IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with the account leadership team to make and implement decisions for operational activities aligned with strategic goals.
* Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of operations to ensure consistent and quality delivery of IT services.
* Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
* Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
* Oversee customer operational processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
* Work with project managers to develop budgets for special programs.
* Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
* Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
* Evaluate overall operational performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
* Work with tower heads and senior management to get the best performance from staff.
* Ensure compliance and conformity of IT services delivered to the client established regulations.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 10 years of management and operations experience.
* Managing onshore and offshore teams covering different time zones.
* Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position.
* Due diligent, proactive and problem solver.
* Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
* Outstanding communication and people skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellence and expertise in financial management, administration, and IT operations.
* Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
* BSc/BA in Computer Science or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
