Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operational functions of our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management operations, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of global equity markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily operations related to global publicly traded equity investments, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to optimize workflows, reduce operational risk, and improve service delivery.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with investment, sales and marketing, compliance, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of operational processes and alignment with investment strategies.

- Reporting and Analysis:
