Job Title: Media Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Media Coordinator to join our team at Bridge Insights & Media. As a Media Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Media Planning & Buying team in the execution and monitoring of advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate between internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and optimized for success.
  • Accurately capture, track, and file invoices related to media buys, ensuring timely processing and reporting.
  • Assist in auditing media invoices, monitoring spend against budgets, and identifying any discrepancies.
  • Ensure all creative materials meet platform specifications and are delivered on time to vendors.
  • Organize and maintain media documentation, ensuring all files and reports are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts with vendors, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.
  • Serve as a liaison between media vendors and internal teams, securing quotes, managing relationships, and negotiating terms when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to media buys, contracts, and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the Account Manager to develop wrap-up reporting for each media campaign, reporting on specific metrics determined by campaign.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, digital marketing, and advertising strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
