  • Employ analytical and technical skills to identify solutions and communicate them effectively to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a technical support or help desk role is not mandatory, but a strong comfort level with technology and problem-solving is essential.

  • Any familiarity with network design, server management, backup solutions, or VoIP systems is advantageous.
