Job Overview

As a highly skilled Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success within our large portfolio of high-value accounts. Working closely with Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve long-term success. Your expertise in enterprise solution-selling will enable you to identify and capitalize on white-space opportunities that solve our customers' business problems, protect and grow our revenue in assigned accounts, and reduce account churn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services to customers.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with stakeholders across the account, identifying business problems that can be solved with our solutions and products.
  • Monitor and act on sales activity and metrics specific to the customer, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Regularly meet with clients and partners to develop strategy and outcomes, forming relationships and establishing escalation points as needed.
  • Proactively remain connected to accounts and the market, accessing new search opportunities and engaging stakeholders on a regular and effective basis.
  • Lead account input and feedback for all projects, ensuring detailed outcomes and timelines are met.
  • Coordinate and translate customer needs within internal departments, acting as an escalation point to resolve customers' problems.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of B2B Field Sales Experience, preferably with Fortune 1K accounts.
  • 2-4 years of Telecom, Software, or Technology experience.
  • Business Planning, Business Strategy, Sales Growth, Communication, and Sales skills.
