Role Overview:
As the Customer Service Center Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Contact Center, ensuring that our members receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the performance and professional development of team members.
- Updating and maintaining operational procedures and knowledge resources.
- Resolving issues within established policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- High school diploma or G.E.D required; a 2-year degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a call center supervisor or in a supervisory role within financial services.
- Ability to pass a background and credit check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
