As a key member of our team at WesBanco Bank, Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the success of our Banking Center. Your primary duties will include:

  • Excellent Customer Service: You will be the initial contact for new and existing clients, providing a positive and professional experience that meets the needs of our customers.
  • Perform Customer Transactions: You will accurately process transactions according to the Bank's policies and procedures, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and security.
  • Operational and Security Proficiency: You will maintain a high level of proficiency in banking software programs and adhere to all security and audit procedures to protect customer information.
  • Identify Referral Opportunities: You will determine the proper individual or line of business to handle sales opportunities and more complex customer service issues, ensuring the best possible outcome for our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Personally Model the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge: You will embody the values of our organization and set a positive example for your colleagues.
  • Accept and Accurately Process Financial Service Transactions: You will be responsible for processing all financial service transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Responsible for Teller Cash Drawer and Balancing Procedures: You will maintain the integrity of our cash handling procedures and ensure the accuracy of our financial records.
  • Comply with Security and Audit Procedures: You will adhere to all security and audit procedures to protect customer information and maintain the trust of our organization.
  • Contribute to a Team Environment: You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and support the success of our Banking Center.
  • Meet Established Referral Goals: You will strive to meet or exceed your individual referral goals, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Other Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365: You will be proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365 and able to effectively use various banking software programs.
  • Strong Product Knowledge: You will have a strong understanding of our products and services, enabling you to effectively meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ability to Lift and Carry Up to 25 lbs: You will be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs, ensuring you can safely and efficiently perform your duties.
  • High School Diploma or GED: You will have a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt to new situations.
