Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Fidelity Investments. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

The Expertise You Need:
  • 6+ years of experience in designing and implementing web applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • Proven experience with popular JavaScript toolkits (Node.js, Vue.js, Angular 10+)
  • Proven experience with building RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
  • Solid knowledge of Java and open-source stack technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of secure coding standards and practices

  • Knowledge of the web application landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

  • Excellent understanding of Test-Driven Development and the Test Pyramid
  • Strong understanding of modern development principles (trunk-based development, feature toggles, branch by abstraction)
