As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of mission-critical data center projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Provide leadership and coordination for project teams, ensuring design intent is incorporated into construction documentation.
- Technical Documentation: Lead and produce accurate technical and contract documentation for project construction.
- Construction Administration: Lead and participate in construction administration, bid review and support, site visits, and address technical issues.
- Government and Regulatory Compliance: Work with government and regulatory agencies to achieve overall project schedule and objectives.
- Resource Management: Manage resources to produce 3D software renderings and critical presentations.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program and 4 years of architectural experience or Master's Degree in Architecture and 3 years of architectural experience required.
- Professional Development: Demonstrated progress toward becoming a Registered Architect.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge in standard architectural techniques and procedures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, BIM (Revit), Adobe Suites, and 3D rendering programs.
