Role Responsibilities:

As the selected Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the living experience for residents. Your daily tasks will include:

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in community management and team leadership
  • Experience in managing accounts payable, purchase orders, and understanding budgetary reports
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • The ability to make swift decisions in high-pressure situations
  • A keen eye for identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective solutions

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Yardi, CRM, or Revenue Management software
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
