Produce Supervisor

Lunds & Byerlys is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Produce Supervisor to lead our produce team and deliver exceptional shopping experiences for our customers.

• Oversee the daily operations of the produce department, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
• Lead and develop a team of produce associates, providing coaching, training, and mentoring to achieve department and personal goals.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of produce products, maintaining accurate records and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement visual merchandising, promotions, and sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Ensure a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.

• 2+ years of retail or food service experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
