Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Patient Services Specialist to join our team at our busy outpatient Imaging center. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, providing exceptional patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized scheduling of new and existing patient appointments
  • Prepare patient charts, including medical records, lab reports, and prior imaging studies
  • Check in patients, answer phones, and perform other front office related duties
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless patient care and service
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience required
  • Radiology experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and desire to be a team player
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff, and providers
