Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Services Specialist to join our healthcare team in Portland, OR. This role will provide exceptional support to our patients and medical staff, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries, providing clear and concise explanations.
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow, prioritizing patient needs and satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a patient-facing environment, with a focus on customer service and communication.
- Proficient computer skills, with experience in Epic EMR a plus.
