Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to identify and resolve service issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system knowledge

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.
