Position Overview
The Corporate Audit Analyst will play a pivotal role within the Direct Assistance team, engaging in the collaboration with external auditors. This position encompasses fundamental auditing responsibilities, including the formulation of audit objectives, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial statements, and documenting as well as executing audit tests under the guidance of senior auditors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and document audit activities in alignment with professional standards and the organization's auditing framework.
  • Implement testing procedures and generate comprehensive work paper documentation.
  • Comprehend processes, outcomes, and business implications; articulate this understanding clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Execute detailed testing as specified by the audit program to assess, analyze, and validate information.
  • Produce precise and thorough documentation and workflows regarding business processes and testing outcomes.
  • Review all test work prepared by junior audit team members in detail.
Team Collaboration
  • Fulfill administrative reporting obligations and support departmental initiatives.
  • Exhibit a commitment to integrity, adhere to the company’s code of conduct, and respect diversity and inclusion.
  • Contribute positively to the Internal Audit Department's team dynamics to enhance overall effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Minimum of one month of experience in an accounting or auditing role or relevant internship.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in public accounting, large corporations, or related fields such as Health Care or Insurance.
  • Progress towards professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Effective meeting management and written communication skills.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
Education Requirement
A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Compensation and Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is between $43,000 and $93,574.80 annually. This range reflects the base salary for all positions within the job grade. Actual salary offers will vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in bonus or incentive programs.

CVS Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additional benefits include fully-paid term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, well-being programs, education assistance, and employee discounts.
