  • Conduct training sessions for applicable software and hardware.
  • Address client inquiries effectively.
  • Offer technical assistance to end-users.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
  • Provide guidance or directly configure desktop equipment.
  • Support the installation of software applications and system updates.
  • Maintain records of support activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in desktop support or a similar role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of desktop hardware and software.
  • Skilled in operating systems including Mac, Linux, and Windows.
