Key Responsibilities:
- Assist users with computer and software-related issues.
- Deliver hands-on or remote support for system setups, upgrades, and software functionality.
- Conduct training sessions for applicable software and hardware.
- Address client inquiries effectively.
- Offer technical assistance to end-users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Provide guidance or directly configure desktop equipment.
- Support the installation of software applications and system updates.
- Maintain records of support activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in desktop support or a similar role.
- Comprehensive understanding of desktop hardware and software.
- Skilled in operating systems including Mac, Linux, and Windows.
