Job Title: Sports Apparel Sales Director

Summit Golf Brands is a leading company in the golf industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Sports Apparel Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Corporate Sales business unit, developing customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our sales force.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the SVP of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the SVP of Sales to create and manage sales materials, including the corporate catalog and sales presentations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate distributor partners and ensure their needs are met.
  • Vet and execute on all inbound corporate sales leads.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, including preparing and organizing sales decks and client appointments.
  • Coach and train direct reports on sales techniques and strategies.
  • Provide feedback and input on design and inventory decisions to support sales growth.
  • Oversee the functionality and presentation of the SGB Corporate Website.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in corporate/promotional sales, preferably in the apparel or golf industry.
  • Affinity for the Summit Golf Brands suite of brands.
  • Persistent in the face of new challenges and willing to be challenged and coached.
  • Ability to travel ~50% of the time.
  • Interest and passion for the golf industry.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Tableau, and RepSpark.
  • Experience with online Google products (Forms and Docs).

Compensation: Salary based on experience with bonus incentives and commission based on sales performance.
