Primary Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Primary Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working closely with them to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients, collaborating with them to set and achieve goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that integrate initial assessments, coordinate care with primary medical providers, and continually evaluate and revise treatment plans based on current assessments.
- Manage a dynamic caseload, ensuring quality care throughout each case.
- Masters Degree in Human Services field required.
- Two years of mental health experience preferred.
- LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT or permit holder in one of these professions required. Limited permit or license required within 1 year of hire.

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, Days, at the Rochester Mental Health Center - Hart Building. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a passion for working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Physical RequirementsThis role requires sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
Pay RangeThe listed base pay range is $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
