Position Summary:

Brock Built Development is actively seeking a committed and skilled Procurement Specialist to oversee purchasing operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Primary Duties:

  • Conduct supplier research and evaluate products and services.
  • Identify and evaluate dependable suppliers based on quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage cost options and pricing strategies.
  • Oversee lot initiations and confirm unit expenses.
  • Regularly maintain and update financial plans.
  • Create and oversee purchase requisitions.
  • Foster positive relationships with vendors.
  • Analyze direct expenses and discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-3 years of relevant procurement experience.
  • Proficient in Neustar and Build Pro software.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
