KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the acquisition of materials, tools, subcontractors, and resources; negotiate and organize shipping timelines with suppliers; collaborate with Project Managers for cost assessments of materials, tools, subcontractors, and resources; and supervise incoming inventory.
  • Engage directly with Project Managers for cost estimation of materials, tools, subcontractors, and resources.
  • Effectively communicate with field personnel regarding required materials or services and their respective procurement timelines.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements with suppliers for all necessary materials, resources, tools, and services.
  • Prepare, assess, and submit purchase orders promptly.
  • Coordinate shipping timelines with suppliers.
  • Manage incoming inventory and ensure timely follow-up with suppliers regarding delivery needs.
  • Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and material invoices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in procurement with a solid understanding of electrical materials, tools, and processes.
  • Expertise in contract evaluation and negotiation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
