Job Title: Assistant Office Manager

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $80,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Office Manager to join our team at City Merchandise Inc. in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. As an Assistant Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing office operations, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including preparing marketing materials and assisting with customer follow-ups.
  • Oversee data entry and billing processes.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and facilitate the handling of requests for information.
  • Route calls to other staff members or take messages when appropriate.
  • Support office staff.
  • Act as the point person for all office-related needs from various supporting departments.
  • Handle new-hires and equipment setup.
  • Order, stock, and restock supplies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and have a positive, friendly attitude.
