Job Summary

The Field Clinical Representative provides technical and clinical expertise to ensure the safe adoption of Inspire therapy and products. This role involves working with customers, physicians, clinic staff, and Inspire field staff to drive procedural and practice success in Memphis and North Mississippi.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support during implant procedures and device activation.
  • Maintain credentials for access to assigned hospitals and clinics.
  • Provide technical leadership and education in assigned regions to account clinical staff.
  • Provide post-training follow-up, including procedural reviews, in-servicing, and support.
  • Assist customers with device troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with sales personnel on targeted customer training and support.
  • Disseminate peer-reviewed scientific and clinical information to customers and sales teams.
  • Provide technical expertise for regional education and training activities.
  • Stay current on relevant scientific publications and clinical evidence.
Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related clinical, healthcare, or medical device industry experience.
  • Associates' degree or Professional Certification and 5+ years of related clinical/healthcare or medical device industry experience.

Preferred:

  • Degree in Nursing, Engineering, Science, or technical discipline.
  • Previous Operating Room (surgical) coverage with implantable devices.
